Easy Yogurt Bark for Babies and Toddlers

Looking for a fun, healthy snack that your baby or toddler will actually eat? This yogurt bark is a total winner! It’s cool, creamy, and packed with fruit—plus, it’s ridiculously easy to make. You can throw it together in just a few minutes, freeze it, and have a stash of ready-to-go snacks on hand.

It’s also super customizable depending on what fruits you have on hand or what your little one loves most. Let’s get into it! This post may contain affiliate links.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup whole milk yogurt (or any kind your little one enjoys)

  • A handful of blueberries (fresh or thawed from frozen)

  • A few strawberries, chopped

  • Optional: a sprinkle of crushed baby puffs or cereal for crunch

Instructions:

  1. Spread the yogurt:

Grab a small baking tray or dish and line it with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt on top and spread it out into an even layer using a spoon or spatula—about ¼ to ½ inch thick.

  2. Add the fruit:

Sprinkle the chopped strawberries, bananas and blueberries across the top. if making for a baby, smash or chop the blueberries. Gently press them down a bit so they stick into the yogurt.

  3. Optional crunch:

If you’re feeling fancy, sprinkle some crushed baby puffs or cereal on top for an extra texture that toddlers love.

  4. Freeze it:

Pop the tray into the freezer for at least 2–3 hours, or until it’s completely frozen.

  5. Break it up:

Once frozen solid, lift the bark out of the tray and break it into toddler-friendly pieces.

  6. Serve & store:

Serve immediately or store in a freezer-safe bag or container. Just let it sit for a minute or two out of the freezer before giving it to little ones so it’s not too hard.

Tip: This makes a great teething snack too—just keep an eye on your child while they munch!
